Before requesting a refund
Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain applicable. Contact support promptly with the purchase email, product, date, and reason; do not send full payment-card details.
One-time document kits
Refund requests for Pastoral Candidate Portfolio Kit or Church Statement Kit made within 14 days are considered when paid export, private sharing, or substantial paid-builder use has not occurred. Once paid digital features have been materially used, refunds may be limited except where required by law or the product failed to perform as described.
Portfolio Review
An unused review credit may be eligible for a refund before a project is submitted or reviewer work begins. After submission, assignment, or substantive review work begins, any refund will reflect work already performed. Completed review work is generally not refundable except where required by law or the agreed scope was not delivered.
Portfolio Hosting subscriptions
Cancellation prevents renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period. Private portfolio links and the hosted profile become unavailable after access ends. The Portfolio Kit workspace, downloaded files, and saved snapshots remain. Resubscribing does not republish a profile or reactivate old private links until you confirm the content, recipients, and privacy settings. Prorated refunds or grace periods are provided only when required by law or stated at checkout.
Seminary and group agreements
Group bundles are quoted by request. Cancellation, renewal, seat changes, Portfolio Kit licenses, pooled review credits, and any refund terms are stated in the signed order or agreement.
Technical problems
If an export or paid feature fails, contact support so the service can be retried or corrected. A reproducible material failure that cannot be remedied may qualify for a full or partial refund. Temporary outages, third-party service interruptions, unsupported use, or account abuse do not automatically qualify.
Processing and entitlement effects
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Refunded or charged-back purchases may revoke the associated entitlement or unused review credit, but user-created documents are not deleted solely because access is revoked.
